About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic and driven Interns to join our team and support the development of innovative, client-focused solutions on the Smartsheet platform. As a Partner of Smartsheet, we are at the forefront of delivering enterprise-grade project management and automation solutions, including those leveraging Smartsheet APIs and premium apps.

This internship will provide you with hands-on experience in real-world solution building, integration workflows, and client delivery in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and configure Smartsheet-based solutions including dashboards, reports, forms, and automation workflows.
• Collaborate with the internal team to gather requirements and translate them into scalable, efficient Smartsheet solutions.
• Develop and test custom integrations using the Smartsheet API, Webhooks, or third-party tools like Zapier, Power Automate, or Bridge.
• Assist in training and onboarding clients on Smartsheet solutions and dashboards.
• Ensure timely documentation, version control, and maintenance of developed solutions.
• Gain certification in Smartsheet (mandatory) and stay up to date with platform features and updates.
  

 

Skills & Qualifications

Required:

• Strong understanding of Spreadsheets, data modeling, and logical structuring.
• Basic knowledge of Smartsheet (or willingness to learn quickly).
• Basic coding knowledge in Python (especially for API work) is a plus.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, HTTP methods, and JSON.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with team members and clients.


Preferred:

• Exposure to tools like Smartsheet Control Center, Dynamic View, Calendar App, or Bridge.
• Prior experience with web development or low-code platforms.
• Knowledge of project management principles.
