Job Description

You will join the GS Engineering portfolio, working with leadership to understand goals and set priorities. Your role will focus on aligning objectives, impact, and outcomes while bridging business needs with technology solutions. As a Business Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for:

Performing requirements analysis by defining problems, anticipating needs, identifying improvements, and developing effective solutions.
Working with stakeholders/SME to prioritize collected requirements & define success metrics.
Translating conceptual user requirements into functional requirements in a clear manner that is comprehensible to developers/project team.
Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
Managing and tracks the status of requirements throughout the project lifecycle; enforce and redefine as necessary.
Managing stakeholders with SMEs & Core Team.
Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.

To be successful in this role you will:

Possess 2-4 years experience in scoping, documenting use cases, process flows, swimlane diagrams, and requirements.
Have a Bachelors degree in Data or Computer science or Higher Level degree(MBA)
Demonstrate good understanding of the software development life cycle & have experience working with JIRA and Confluence
Have good interpersonal and organizational skills with an ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders
Be able to adapt quickly and respond to changing priorities in a dynamic environment
