 Account Manager

Job Description

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, serving as their main point of contact and trusted advisor.
  • Identify opportunities to increase revenue from existing customers through upselling and cross-selling WebEngage products and services.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention by understanding client goals, providing solutions, and addressing any issues or concerns.
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of WebEngages products and services to effectively communicate their value to clients.
  • Analyze client data and usage patterns to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
  • Educate clients on best practices and new features to maximize the value they receive from WebEngage.
  • Prepare regular reports and updates for clients on their account performance and the impact of WebEngage solutions.
  • Work closely with the sales and product teams to align customer needs with product development and sales strategies.
Ideal Candidate:
  • Upto 5 years of experience in the Martech space managing key accounts
  • Prior experience in the B2B sector is a requirement, while familiarity with SaaS is considered advantageous.
  • Bachelors degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Marketing or Business).
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and growing revenue from existing customers.
  • Strong understanding of customer engagement, retention, and marketing automation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Data-driven with the ability to analyze and interpret client data.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
