As an SDET, youll help to build Akamais Zero Trust platform into a worldwide leader. Youll be crucial to the development of best-in-class security features. Leveraging your knowledge in multi-cloud and distributed environments, youll make a global impact on Enterprises
As a Software Test Engineer, you will be responsible for:
- Collaborating with teams internally to design, develop and implement test cases and test plans
- Developing new automation tests implemented in Python (80%)
- Performing manual tests (20%)
- Diagnosing, debugging and performing root-cause analysis of issues and defects
- Demonstrating the ability to work in an agile, dynamic and rapidly growing environment
- Working in collaborative internal cross functional teams to achieve timely resolution of platform affecting issues
Do what you love
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have experience in Software Automation using Python/Golang and a Bachelors degree in Computer Science or its equivalent
- Be comfortable with working in a Linux/Unix environment
- Have expertise in Networking, TCP/IP, HTTP, HTTPs
- Have experience working in one or more of the following clouds - Azure, AWS and GCP
