Certified Train the Trainer from a reputed organization.
Trained on competency - based interviewing skills.
Knowledge of human behavior and performance; individual differences in ability , personality , and interests; learning and motivation
Should possess strong analytical and excellent communication skills (both written and spoken)
Candidate with working knowledge of MS Excel , MS Access , and basics of SQL queries will be preferred Job Description:
Implementing the new hire on boarding / induction program.
Training Delivery: Learning and Development solutions to all the employees.
Deliver behavioral , skill enhancement , team building , and cultural sensitization , competency enhancement modules across various levels.
Deliver targeted man - days of training as per the skill enhancement plan and also deliver ad hoc interventions.
Work with PIP cases and implement customized intervention plans.
Deliver programs as per OD intervention plans
