  • Collaborates and communicates proactively with project management teams, tower specialists and/or other stakeholders ensuring projects are delivered and services provided meet current and future business need.
  • Collaborates with the Orchestration team to develop, implement, optimize and maintain project management services across the Tower.

    •  Project Management 
  • This role entails executing the phases of project management; project initiation, -planning, -execution, performance/monitoring, and project close.
  • The ability to manage time and prioritize tasks is essential, confirming the scope of a project, estimation of cost and scheduling of tasks.
  • Ensuring a cohesive delivery approach where relevant stakeholders and suppliers are involved (can testing) and stay informed.
  • Regardless of a project type and size, manage and motivate a (multidisciplinary) project team working towards a deliverable.
  • Good communication to manage and motivate employees from different teams who may not be used to working together and recognize how and when to escalate.
  • Awareness of how an organization is structured (in and outside TECH and how project teams are formed within Tech organization and other business areas",
  • Being excellent decision-makers and able to delegate responsibilities to the team members most equipped to handle them.
  • Be an ambassador to improve and follow the same methodology and adhere to our internal PM processes
  • Be flexible in managing different types of projects regarding software development, software deployment, Business and Tech led change initiatives, maintenance etc. and can adjust your approach to each initiative.

    •  Key shared accountabilities 
  • Manage initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing out projects.
  • Responsible for the entire project scope, the project team and resources, the project budget, and the outcomes of the project.
  • Be aware of their responsibilities towards team, internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure the team follows the same PM methodology and stick to our PM principles, also by using our planning tool Smartsheet.

    •  Qualifications & Experience: 
  • Minimum of 3+ years hands-on experience with managing (technology) projects and/or a willingness to further develop yourself with a senior Project Manager.
  • Demonstrated experience successfully planning and executing a project in a global company with a multi-national, multi-vendor environment.
  • Proven track record of proactively managing projects, including maintaining positive stakeholder relationships and coordinating (multi-disciplinary) teams with internal and external resources.
