Job Description

Manage customer issues taking changing priorities and SLA into consideration.

Understand the functions of application, identify defects by testing and analyse it to find the root cause.

Prepare root cause analysis document to identify bugs and escalate it.

Ensure that application satisfies functional and non-functional requirements.

Be an example and a technical resource to the team.

Resolve issues in a timely manner.
