Essential program management skills include collecting business requirements, reviewing specifications, analyzing cost/ benefit of project selection, and communicating results to the stakeholders. Able to influence and drive projects to meet key milestones and overcome challenges. Experience/ Knowledge in the development of software using c#, .Net, VBA and SQL Server technologies Experience communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders across multiple deals. Good exposure in Solution Design/ Technical Solution Technology: (Development experience in any MS technologies) ASP.Net, VB.Net, C#, RPA SQL Server, Oracle, MS Access VBA, Excel Macro, Automation Anywhere IT Tech Masters (Additional). Team Management Exposure 60% role will be on project management, stakeholder management, communication 40% on technical/Solution design and merit.
