Job Details:

B.E./B.Tech/MCA + 3 Years Or Diploma in Computers Hardware / IT-Hardware & Networking with atleast 6 Years of Experience in :

i. Development/Testing/ maintenance /management / monitoring using EMS/NMS or other network monitoring systems

ii. Good Experience & knowledge of processes, SoPs for Data Center, especially Hands-on experience in FCAPS functionality. These Manpower should be provided from the start of implementation of project

• Responsible for overall installation and maintenance of EMS/PATS solution in Data centres and DR
• Provide data, reporting and trends to IT department and others in ad-hoc, weekly, monthly and as needed
• Co-ordinate with internal teams and handle escalations to ensure issues are resolved quickly with least customer downtime.
• Ensuring continuous monitoring and prompt reporting of / from all assets, service(s).
• Managing the help desk team and evaluate performance
• Responsible for installation, configuration and management of EMS solution in Data centre
• Addition and deletion of Datacentre assets in EMS tool
• Incorporation of third party MIBs (such as packet brokers) into EMS.
• Develop daily, weekly and monthly reports of EMS tools as per requirement
• Maintain and develop own knowledge and skills to assist with first time fault resolution
• Development of Knowledge base system.
