Genesys cloud developer (dialer solutions)

We are looking for a skilled Genesys Cloud Developer with expertise in dialer solutions to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing dialer functionalities using the Genesys Cloud platform to enhance our customer engagement capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain dialer applications on the Genesys Cloud platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver dialer solutions.
• Integrate Genesys Cloud dialer functionalities with other systems and applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Genesys Cloud dialer implementations.
• Ensure best practices in code quality, security, and performance for dialer solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience with Genesys Cloud development, specifically in dialer solutions.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, cloud architecture, and dialer technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
