Designs, creates and tests new products, systems and services. Engages cross-functionally with other technical / engineering teams to define product requirements, determine mechanical, physical and software design direction, develop concepts, drive production processes, test prototypes and make real time adjustments to improve performance and functionality.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or equivalent work experience required.
- Minimum of 4-7 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in Infrastructure and contact center automations.
- expertise in both front-end and back-end development
- experience with any one of the tools (terraform, docker, chef, Jenkins).
- Experience with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks (e. g. , React, Angular, or Vue)
- Knowledge of back-end languages and frameworks (e. g. , Node. js, Django, Flask, or Laravel).
- Experience with database systems (e. g. , MySQL, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL)
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services.
- Solid understanding of version control system.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills

- Supports the design, implementation and maintenance of a continuous integration environment.
- Deploys and supports automation systems and tooling in production.
- Diagnoses and troubleshoots cross-functional production issues.
- Contributes to platform improvements dealing with automation, resilience, simplification and / or cost management.
- Works with services line and IT, other business leaders to analyze solution requirements and understand cost, performance, and scalability considerations.
- Consulting, Design and development work with the inContact and Microsoft Teams Voice platform
Providing database design, development, and enhancement, as well as management and coordination of changes to existing CRM applications. - Plays a key role in relation to both internally developed and externally sourced technologies.
- Participates in verification of complex technologies and components, SME (subject matter expert) of key features.
- Working with users, engineers, and product teams to understand what is needed of our infrastructure.
- Ensures effective testing, debugging and problem resolution.
- Serves as a trusted partner and provides technical leadership across all areas of build, release and implementation / operation.
- Leverages knowledge and experience to contribute to customer facing activities such as technical briefings and customer response calls.
- Architects and implements large scale infrastructure projects from end-to-end
- Investigates and troubleshoots yield issues during prototype and production builds.
