Job Description
Botree Software, a leading DMS, SFA, and analytics provider for FMCG, consumer durables, and OTC pharma with over 25 years of experience, is hiring a Manager - Projects. This role involves managing multiple projects or client-specific projects from initiation to closure, ensuring they are on time and within budget. Responsibilities include project planning, resource coordination, team leadership, quality control, and regular communication with stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, understanding of the SDLC, analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication, and experience in leading and motivating teams. They should be capable of multitasking and have skills in planning, organizing, delegation, and coaching.
Key responsibilities include interfacing with customers and internal teams, managing project initiation, planning (scope, schedule, cost, quality), monitoring and control, execution, and closure. For customer-specific projects, the role also involves direct customer interaction, managing incidents and SLAs, proactive problem analysis, and participating in status calls. The manager will also lead and develop the Project and QA teams, ensuring adherence to processes and providing training. Experience with Scrum or other SDLC models and incident management is mandatory.
