What you ll do as the (Microsoft Surface/Hub practice manager)

Alliances
Maintain partnerships with OEM/s in terms of compliance, portals, certifications, rebates, MDFs, schemes, deal registrations, leadership engagement.
Coordinate with internal departments and OEM for smooth execution of business.
Act as the SPOC for
Sales, providing expert advice and guidance on MS Surface/Hub products, pricing, availability, and compatibility.
Channel manager/s and MS Surface/Hub stakeholders to provide updates related to overall sales and pipeline performance in various MS Surface/Hub Sales programs.
Build and m p aintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations, understanding their needs and proposing tailored MS Surface/Hub solutions to meet their requirements.
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, technical support, and operations across India, to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of MS Surface/Hub solutions to customers.
Enablement:
Training of sales staff on new products or services being offered by the OEMs to increase their knowledge about offerings and enhance their ability to sell effectively. Help with upsell and cross sell range of products from OEMs. Monitor the effectiveness of the training.
Revenue Goal:
Contribute leads from the OEMs, distributors, and other contacts. Increase up front and backend margins.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for MS Surface/Hub products and solutions in the B2B space.
Monitor and analyze sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and provide regular reports to management, including sales forecasts and pipeline updates.
Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand ZONES presence and generate leads.
Lead Business Review
Solution:
Support sales on solutions, keeping abreast of market trends and product & competitor landscapes. Define SOW. Always bundle services and complementing products around the opportunity. Conduct Product demos.

Graduate from a reputed institute.
Business Management Degree would be an added advantage.
8 Years+ experience in a similar field. [Alliances and Product Management]
Demonstrated experience in B2B sales, with a focus on End User Compute Devices and solutions around t hem.
In-depth knowledge of building blocks of Core products. (MS Surface/Hub products, MDMs, peripherals and services preferred.)
Served in the role of outstanding independent contributor/Team lead or product management.
Strong sales acumen with a track record of consistently achieving sales targets.
Excellent communication and people skills, with the ability to engage and influence clients at all levels of an organization.
Strong techno-commercial skills.
Exceptional customer service skills, with a genuine passion for delivering a positive client experience directly or through sales teams.
Strong negotiation and contract closing skills, with the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to track leads, manage pipeline, and generate reports.
Ability to be an adaptive learner and be good at multi-tasking.
