Job Description

Is responsible for maintaining the store in order to ensure residents and visitors have access to necessary supplies and accommodations.

Maintains store staff job results by coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.

Maintain customer services and facilities.

Identifies current and future customer requirements by establishing reports with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand service requirements.

Markets merchandise by studying advertising, sales promotion, and display plans; analysing operating and financial statements for profitability ratios.

Coordinate with the team to close the sale.

Maintain stock, supplies and inventories, Take inventory Order groceries and supplies

Secures merchandise by implementing security systems and maintain accounts Record prices in the log book Receive cash and provide correct change

Determines marketing strategy changes by reviewing operating and financial statements and departmental sales records.

Maintains operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program

Required Candidate profile

1. Presentable

2. Candidate with experience of handling large format store

preferably male should apply

3. Candidate should have good communications skills

4. Should have knowledge in traditional ethnic wear(Mens)
