2-3 years experience The SEO Analyst will be responsible for developing and implementing advanced SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, drive website traffic, and enhance user experience. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of hands-on experience in SEO, with a strong focus on technical and on-page optimization. Key Responsibilities: - SEO Strategy Development: Create and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to boost organic traffic and search engine rankings. - Technical SEO: Conduct thorough technical SEO audits and implement fixes to improve website performance, crawlability, and indexing. - On-Page Optimization: Optimize website content, meta tags, headings, URLs, and internal linking structures for maximum search visibility. - Keyword Research: Perform detailed keyword research to identify high-value keywords and opportunities for content optimization. - Content Collaboration: Work closely with the content team to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into content creation and promotion. - Performance Monitoring: Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO platforms to monitor, analyse, and report on SEO performance. - Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices. - Competitive Analysis: Conduct competitor analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for improvement. - Website Architecture: Improve website architecture and navigation to enhance user experience and search engine accessibility. - Reporting: Provide regular reports on SEO performance, including key metrics, trends, and actionable insights. Qualifications: - Experience: 2 years of hands-on SEO experience, with a strong focus on technical and on-page SEO. - Technical Skills: Proficiency in technical SEO, including site audits, schema markup, site speed optimization, and mobile optimization. - Tools: Expertise in using SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, and Screaming Frog. - On-Page SEO: Strong skills in on-page optimization, including keyword research, content optimization, and internal linking. - Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse data and provide actionable insights to improve SEO performance. - Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Preferred requirements: - Experience with international and multilingual SEO. - Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Experience in managing SEO for large websites. - Ready to sign a 1-year service agreement.
