TPF Developer / Lead @ Coforge

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Lead a team of flight operations professionals to ensure seamless execution of flight schedules, routes, and logistics.
• Develop and implement effective strategies for improving operational efficiency, reducing costs, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with airline management to develop business plans, set goals, and monitor performance metrics.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies.

Job Requirements :

• 3-15 years of experience in the aviation industry or related field (TPF/TPFD).
• Strong knowledge of airlines' operations, including route planning, scheduling, and logistics management.
• Proven leadership skills with ability to manage teams effectively.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to work closely with senior stakeholders.
