Java Backend Lead @ Coforge

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Lead a team of Java developers to design, develop, test, and deploy microservices using Spring Boot.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Ensure high-quality code reviews and adherence to coding standards within the team.
• Develop strategies for scaling up the technology stack based on project needs.

Job Requirements :

• 9-15 years of experience in Java development with expertise in Spring Boot.
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture and its implementation using various frameworks (e.g., Apache Microservices).
• Excellent team handling skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience working with large-scale enterprise applications with complex data processing pipelines.
