> Delivering the project as per the required quality within the agreed timelines
> Manage Project/Iteration startup, Impact Analysis and change request management
> Monitor Project execution and status reporting

> Monitor and sustaining team quality practices
> Deliverables verification and validation
> Ensuring adherence to standards

> Core banking domain knowledge

> Worked on non-functional requirements specially security
> Worked on mobile application development
> Ensuring quality of delivery and its assurance
> Product/platform development
> Project management processes and knowledge areas
> Container based environment, Micro services and Azure cloud platform
> Ensuring business continuity with respect to delivery and technology
> Working on agile process & project management tools and techniques
