Job Description

TheLead Analystfor Global Finance Operations plays a crucial role inperformingthe work to maintain and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. This position includesperformingoperations, meeting SLA and targets, data analysis, report generation, and collaboration with various stakeholders to support the operation.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the global stakeholders toprocessand ensure accurate recording (Accruals, Amortization, Allocation, Reclass, etc), reporting, consolidation and analyzing reports pertaining to Taxaccounting.
- PrepareBalance Sheet reconciliations coveringTaxand related account. Closely monitor and resolve all aged open items and make sure balance is properly supported.
- Active participation inperformingthe monthly, quarterly and annual closing process related toTax.
- Preparation of Tax work papers and matching the reports. Reasonable understanding of US Tax laws.
- Preparingmonthly close reports & variance analysis of various Providence entities to ensure the numbers are materially accurate
- Extract,modifyand analyze monthly reports as required and resolve queries andcomplexaccounting issues.
- Perform Taxrelated audit deliverables during audit.
- Periodicupdatingof SOPs to make sure any process changes, exceptions and new learnings are updated timely.
- Identifyareas of process improvement, standardization and automation.

Who are we looking for?
- Preferably CMA / MBA / M.com / Semi qualifiedwith 5 to 8 years (or) CA / CPA with 2 to 5 years of experience inTaxaccounting
- Excellent communication skillsand cross-departmental collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage and analyze large amounts of data in Exceland process improvement.
- Experience in working with global stakeholders.
- High-performance creativity and optimistic personality.
- Night shift role, PST time zone
