Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Lead a team of flight operations professionals to ensure seamless execution of airline schedules and routes.
• Develop and implement effective strategies for route planning, scheduling, and crew management.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve operational issues and improve overall efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Job Requirements :

• 3-15 years of experience in aviation or related field (flight operations, route planning).
• Strong knowledge of TPFDF (Total Productive Flight Hours) principles and practices.
• Proven track record in managing complex schedules and crews effectively.
• Experience working in the airlines industry or similar environment.
