Business Analyst @ Techmango Technology

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Analyst to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical and communication skills, with proven experience in working with LWF (Lightweight Framework). The Business Analyst will play a key role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions.Key Responsibilities:
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
Translate business needs into functional specifications and work closely with development teams to ensure successful delivery.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product owners, developers, and QA.
Conduct market and user research to identify trends, needs, and potential solutions.
Create wireframes, user stories, process flows, and use cases.
Work with stakeholders to prioritize features and define the product roadmap.
Assist in testing and validation of developed features to ensure alignment with business goals.
Maintain clear documentation and provide regular updates to stakeholders.Required Skills:
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a tech environment.
Strong experience with LWF (Lightweight Framework).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical documentation.
Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Office Suite, etc.Nice to Have:
Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Basic understanding of software development processes and databases.
Familiarity with data visualization or reporting tools.
