Job Description

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Technical Lead C#.NET with Azure who is passionate about designing and developing robust, scalable, and high-performance enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in .NET technologies with hands-on experience in Azure cloud services. You will play a key role in leading a team, making architectural decisions, and ensuring successful delivery of projects.Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end design and development of scalable solutions using C#.NET and Azure.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define architecture, technical requirements, and best practices.
Take ownership of project deliverables, timelines, and quality.
Guide and mentor development teams, conduct code reviews, and enforce coding standards.
Manage project planning, estimation, and resource allocation.
Implement and oversee CI/CD pipelines and DevOps processes in Azure.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and drive their adoption where relevant.Required Skills & Experience:
8+ years of experience in software development with strong proficiency in C#.NET.
Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services (App Services, Functions, Storage, etc.).
Solid understanding of object-oriented design, design patterns, and software architecture principles.
Proven experience in leading technical teams and owning project deliveries.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project lifecycle management.
Experience with WebAPI, .NET Core, MVC, and SQL Server.
Familiarity with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization using Docker
