We are seeking a results-driven, SEO to take ownership of a broad range of SEO activities. You will be responsible for driving performance, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and utilizing both technical and content SEO strategies to improve our search engine visibility. The ideal candidate will focus on executing high-impact SEO initiatives, including keyword research, content optimisation, technical SEO, link building, and integrating AI-driven strategies to enhance our SEO efforts. You should have a strong track record of improving SEO performance, with a hands-on approach and the ability to adapt quickly to algorithm updates.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities:
SEO Strategy Implementation: Lead the execution of both technical and content-based SEO projects across the organisation.
Keyword Research Content Development: Perform comprehensive keyword research to develop SEO strategies that inform content creation and optimization.
Content Optimisation: Collaborate with content teams to develop and implement content strategies that drive SEO results while aligning with user intent and business goals.
Technical SEO: Identify and resolve technical SEO issues, implementing strategies for on-page and off-page optimization.
Link Building Digital PR: Develop and execute link-building campaigns through outreach, guest posts, and digital PR to enhance domain authority and search rankings.
AI Integration: Stay up-to-date with emerging AI technologies and leverage AI tools (e.g., generative AI, NLP models) to improve search relevancy and personalisation.
Competitor Research: Perform competitor analysis and SEO benchmarking to adopt best practices, identify opportunities, and stay competitive.
Analytics Reporting: Use tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and SEMRush to analyse performance, track trends, and provide actionable insights.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including product, design, development, and marketing, to ensure SEO strategies align with the companys broader objectives.
SEO Tools Platforms: Utilize SEO tools like Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, SEMRush, and others to conduct audits, keyword tracking, and performance reporting.
Continuous Learning Strategy Refinement: Stay current with SEO algorithm updates and evolving trends, adjusting strategies to maintain SEO performance.
Ownership Accountability: Take responsibility for driving SEO performance, with a proactive approach to managing tasks and meeting deadlines independently.
SEO Performance Reporting: Create and deliver detailed weekly and monthly reports, highlighting performance, trends, and areas for improvement.
What You Will Have
Required Experience:
Experience: A minimum of 5 years of hands-on SEO experience, with demonstrated results in improving search rankings and traffic.
Technical SEO: Proven experience identifying, diagnosing, and resolving technical SEO issues to ensure optimal site performance.
Content SEO: Expertise in conducting content audits, keyword research, and content optimisation strategies to align with SEO goals.
Link Building: In-depth knowledge of link-building strategies including outreach, guest posting, and digital PR.
SEO Tools Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of SEO platforms such as Google Search Console, SEMRush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and Google Analytics.
AI Integration in SEO: Experience with AI-driven tools and strategies for content ideation, keyword targeting, and search query analysis.
Reporting Analytics: Strong analytical and reporting skills, with experience in creating data-driven insights to inform SEO strategy.
Collaborative Approach: Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, both in-house and external agencies, to achieve SEO objectives.
