Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Head of Sales to lead and scale our sales function. This role is ideal for a leader who thrives in a fast-paced tech environment, understands B2B sales cycles, and can drive revenue growth through new customer acquisition and expansion of existing accounts.Key Responsibilities
Define and implement the overall sales strategy aligned with company goals.
Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team across regions.
Drive end-to-end sales efforts from lead generation to deal closure, focusing on mid-to-large enterprise clients.
Establish sales targets and KPIs, and ensure regular tracking and achievement.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to improve the buyer journey.
Identify market trends and competitor strategies to refine sales tactics.
Lead strategic deal negotiations and help close high-value accounts.
Use CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage pipeline, reporting, and forecasting.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.Qualifications & Skills
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
10+ years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within an IT product/SaaS company.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong knowledge of enterprise sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger).
Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
Experience working with cross-functional teams in a global environment.
Strategic mindset with an analytical approach to solving problems.Preferred Qualifications
Experience scaling sales teams in a startup or high-growth tech environment.
Background in [industry domain if applicable, e.g., fintech, healthcare tech].
Familiarity with product-led growth (PLG) models.
