Position: Project Manager
Location: Noida/ Hybrid
Shift: US Shift (5PM- 2AM/ 6PM-3AM)
Job Description:
- HyTechPro is looking for a skilled Project manager to oversee projects developed by our business on various Salesforce platforms.
- In this role, the candidate will be tasked with determining project scope, goals, milestones, and short-term objectives for the development team.
- The candidate will also take charge of costs, client relations, and final approval.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage project scope and timeline effectively.
- Develop and maintain project schedules and management plans.
- Utilize Microsoft Project Plan and other project management tools.
- Create Vision Statement documents, Project Charters, and Team Charters.
- Implement both Predictive (Waterfall) and Adaptive (Agile) methodologies.
- Design and analyze use case diagrams, sequence diagrams, activity diagrams, and workflows.
- Coordinate backlog management, daily stand-ups, sprints, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with product owners to manage backlogs and new requests.
- Identify, address, and resolve internal and external project obstacles.
- Ensure quality standards are met for deliverables at the end of each sprint.
- Enhance development teams Scrum maturity through guidance and best practices.
- Foster a productive and ownership-driven team environment.
Requirements:
- Hands on experience in creating project schedule and project management plan.
- Hands on experience on Microsoft Project Plan and other project management tools.
- Must have experience in creating Vision statement document, Project charter and Team charter.
- Should have experience on Predictive (Waterfall) and Adaptive (Agile) methodologies.
- Excellent understanding of use case diagram, sequence diagram, activity diagram and workflow is must.
- Must have PMP Certification
- Excellent communication is required.
