We are seeking a talented and passionate Android Developer to join our development team at Saneforce. In this role, you will design, build, and maintain high-performing, reusable, and reliable
Android applications that align with business objectives and enhance user satisfaction. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to make an impact.Key Responsibilities:
1. Design, develop, test, and deploy Android applications using Java and Kotlin.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
3. Maintain and improve the performance, usability, and responsiveness of existing applications.
4. Ensure the quality of the codebase through code reviews & developer testing.
5. Debug and resolve technical issues reported by QA or end-users.
6. Stay updated with the latest Android development trends, libraries, and tools.
7. Work with Restful APIs to connect Android applications to back-end services.
8. Optimize mobile applications for performance and scalability.Required Skills and Qualifications:
1. Minimum 2 years of experience in Android development.
2. Proficiency in Java and hands-on experience with Kotlin (highly preferred).
3. Strong understanding of Android SDK, Android components (Activity, Fragment, Service), and
lifecycle management.
4. Experience with MVVM or similar architectural patterns.
5. Knowledge of Room Database, Retrofit, and Jetpack libraries.
6. Familiarity with Git for version control.
7. Understanding of Material Design principles and guidelines.
8. Experience with debugging and optimization tools like Android Profiler.
9. Familiarity with third-party libraries and APIs.Preferred Skills:
1. Advanced proficiency in Kotlin.
2. Knowledge of modern Android development practices like Jetpack Compose.
3. Experience with CI/CD pipelines for Android.
4. Exposure to Google Play Console for app publishing and analytics.
