Job Description

Alten Calsoft Labs is looking for Technical Account Manager / Delivery Manager for Bengaluru location !

Responsibilities:

Front end all client engagements and ensure all open positions are fulfilled in timely manner

Manage all the engineers deployed at client location and track their performance

Work towards expanding the billed resources in each of the client accounts managed

Program/Project management end to end include providing regular status to all stake holders

Non -Technical Qualifications:

Excellent communication in written & Verbal and articulating ability.

Experience in managing teams and Stakeholders with strong influencing/negotiation skills

Possess good conflict resolution and decision making skills. Excellent people and task management skills.

Experience and Qualifications:

6 to 12 years of experience of which at least 3 years in delivery / people management

Experience in Telecom / Networking Domain preferred Experience in SDLC and any programming languages will be an added advantage

Minimum qualification a bachelor's degree in any discipline.
