Role & responsibilities

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

Basic Knowledge of the Automotive industry(Technical Knowledge)

100% inspection for the quality analysis for the warranty replacement material

3

To Understand customer quality requirements & Market Complaint analysis.

New developed automotive parts - Need training given to the distributor end well as mechanic end - related to technical as well as comparison with compitator

5

support to the sales team for market analysis for slow moving parts

6

Competitive product comparison with varroc product

7

To Find out the root cause analysis related to customer complaint

8

Asist with the training of Quality awareness

9

Conduct bench marking studies to determine best practise/ design and future trend

10

Strong knowledge of 5S,QMS,WHY WHY ANALYSIS(8D),PPAP,7QC TOOLS
