Job Title : HR Executive
Location: Vadodara (Work from Office)
Shift: US Shift (Night Shift)
Education: MBA in HR
Experience: Freshers or someone with recruitment background can apply
Skills: Excellent Communication is a must

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment activities including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and following up with candidates
  
• Maintain and update employee records in the HR database
  
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes
  
• Assist in the preparation of HR reports and documentation
  
• Help plan and execute employee engagement activities
  
• Coordinate with different departments for HR-related queries
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
  
• Assist in managing attendance, leaves, and payroll inputs Interested?
