Amazon.com is looking for a smart, enthusiastic, hard-working, and creative candidate to join the Language Associate team. This position offers an exciting introduction to the Amazon Marketplace and provides a training ground for success. This group is an integral part of Amazon online product life cycle and buying operations. The team is designed to ensure Amazon remains competitive in the online space with the best price, wide selection and good product information.
Key job responsibilities:
- Handle the day-to-day volumes of the assigned tasks and ensure the given SLAs are met as per quality standards.
- Understand and correctly use Amazon Systems and tools to support vendors and buyers in enhancing the selection on Amazons online platform.
- Maintain records of day-to-day work via a tracker mechanism with timely updates to be shared with leadership.
- Ensure all escalations are addressed within the given SLAs with the defined escalation mechanism
- Interact and coordinate with vendors/buyers to accurately reflect the Amazon platform for price, product details and other product-related information which impact consumers.
Basic qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree including 0-5 years of experience of working in process driven role in a professional environment
- Fluent verbal communication, Reading and Writing in one of the above languages
- Proficiency in IT: B2 and above certified or BA in required language
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- Knowledge of SQL and Python is preferred
Skills Required
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in the required language to communicate with internal/external stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills to determine which task/solution/process will help reach the required outcome.
- Good understanding and knowledge of online research techniques and finding required information quickly.
- Ability to dive deep into a problem, perform Root Cause Analysis and identify constraints to recommend a solution on this. We will test the candidates ability to think logically through a given issue, structure their thoughts, identify the problem and then recommend appropriate solutions.
- Flexibility in working in shifts and rotational working hours.
