Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented ServiceNow ATF (Automated Test Framework) Developer to join our team. This role focuses on designing and implementing automated test cases for ServiceNow applications, ensuring stability, scalability, and reliability across core modules like ITSM and Service Portal.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong grasp of JavaScript (Glide API), the ServiceNow data model, and form-based testing logic, with a passion for automation and optimization. This role will play a key part in translating business processes into automated testing workflows, ensuring faster delivery cycles, reduced manual testing effort, and improved platform reliability.

Responsibilities:

The following abilities are desired in a ATF Resource.

Experience with both ITSM, ATF and modules. Logical thinker.

JavaScript (especially Glide API server/client-side scripting).

Experience with Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Flow Designer. Ability to translate business processes and requirements into Auto Mated Testing solutions .

Comfortable working with Service Portal, UI Pages, Catalog Items, etc. Can analyze and troubleshoot in form process issues.

Ability to work with BAs, and Developers to understand requirements and deliver

scalable solutions.

Good at writing technical documentation and KB Articles.
