Job Description

A Jr. HR Executive plays a key role in supporting the Human Resources department by handling recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, and payroll support. This role is ideal for candidates who have a keen interest in HR functions and are looking to gain experience in talent management and HR policies. Requirements
  • Recruitment & Onboarding:
    • Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases.
    • Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
    • Conduct initial screening and shortlist potential candidates.
    • Support the onboarding process for new hires, including documentation and induction.

      Employee Relations & Engagement:
    • Address employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
    • Help in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
    • Maintain employee records and databases.
    • Assist in handling employee grievances and resolving workplace issues.

      HR Administration & Compliance:
    • Maintain and update employee attendance records.
    • Assist in payroll processing and leave management.
    • Support in drafting HR documents, letters, and contracts.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and labour laws.

      Performance & Training:
    • Support in employee training and development programs.
    • Assist in performance appraisal documentation and coordination.
    • Gather feedback from employees and suggest HR improvements.
