Job Responsibilities
We re looking for a high-agency, growth-minded Engineering Manager to lead our Tech Engineering team through hypergrowth. This isn t just a team leadership role this is a mission-critical opportunity to build and scale cutting-edge AI/Computer Vision platforms that power automotive retail at scale.
You ll lead multiple engineering pods, work closely with our AI research, product, and design teams, and be the torchbearer of performance, velocity, and code quality. If you re obsessed with building fast, scaling elegantly, and managing high-performance teams this is your moment.
What will you do
- Engineering Execution Leadership
Drive end-to-end product engineering, from concept to production, in high-speed cycles
Own architecture, delivery timelines, code quality, and scalability for AI-driven platforms
Partner with Product Design to translate business goals into fast, functional releases

What you must have
- 8+ years of product management experience, with at least 5 years leading product teams
- Proven track record of successfully launching AI/ML products at scale
- Experience with Computer Vision and/or LLM technologies and their practical applications
- Strong technical background with ability to collaborate effectively with ML/AI engineering teams
- Excellence in strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making
- Outstanding leadership and communication skills
- Exceptional communication skills to explain technical AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to define and measure success metrics.
- Hands-on experience with product development tools (e.g., Figma, Jira) and basic familiarity with LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
