Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage billing processes, including data entry, invoicing, and payment follow-up.
Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer orders, invoices, and payments.
Maintain organized records of all transactions using Tally software.
Provide excellent communication skills to resolve customer queries related to billing issues.
Collaborate with other departments (e.g., sales, production) to ensure seamless order fulfillment.

Desired Candidate Profile

0-2 years of experience in a similar role or industry
Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, Data Entry, and Tally software.
Strong attention to detail with accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
Excellent English language skills for effective communication with customers.
