This role will be for the late evening shift time (06:30 pm to 03:30 am)
The salary for this role will be a 20% to 30% hike on your current CTC not more than that & it depends upon your interview

Summary:
The Business Operations Analyst will be responsible for engaging stakeholders, creating requirements for business products or programs, making recommendations for business opportunities and process improvements, and facilitating change requirements for new or existing clients under the guidance of the Senior Manager of Operations Business Analysis.

Responsibilities:
Succeeding as an Operations Business Analyst, will require the
following core qualifications and skills :
Empathetic customer centricity: you obsess over customers and seek to
understand them to solve their problems
Individual Ownership: you take initiative to take on tasks as your own. You make
sure to see projects from start to finish
Growth Mindset: you fearlessly tackle new challenges, and view them as learning
opportunities
Bachelors degree in an appropriate discipline (computer science, business
administration or the equivalent)
Minimum of three years of relevant experience in business analysis
Highly effective communication skills both written and oral (ability to interact in
French is strong asset). Excellent ability to grasp and summarize information and
at explaining concepts
Dedicated and flexible team player with a high energy level and solid
organizational skills
Demonstrates a sense of urgency, resourcefulness, responsibility and
accountability
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to prioritize and manage the delivery of multiple tasks while maintaining
quality standards
Able to leverage new technologies and a willingness to learn new tools
Experience working in a collaborative agile environment
Quality assurance (testing) knowledge or background preferred.
CBAP certification or similar designation (CSM, PO, PMP) preferred
