Required Skills & Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in enterprise applications or similar complex systems.
- Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript , and responsive design.
- Strong experience with UI/UX design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch for creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability standards, and accessibility guidelines.
- Experience working with design systems, component libraries, or style guides to maintain consistency in large-scale applications.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in an Agile environment and work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to advocate for the user while balancing technical constraints.
- Hands-on experience with modern front-end frameworks such as React.js or Angular, including component-based development, state management (e.g., Redux, Context API, RxJS), and integration with REST APIs.
