We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our Founders Office team. This role involves supporting the founders across multiple areas, from research and data analysis to project execution and stakeholder communication. If you re a quick learner with strong organizational skills and a creative mindset, this role is perfect for you.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Analysis Research: Conduct secondary research, analyze industry trends, and create reports to support decision-making.
  • B2B Communication: Assist in crafting and managing professional communication with external stakeholders, including emails and presentations.
  • Content Creation: Design visually appealing presentations and social media content using tools like Canva.
  • AI Tools Utilization: Leverage at least 4-5 AI tools to enhance productivity and streamline workflows.
  • Coordination: Collaborate with various teams to ensure cross-functional alignment and timely execution of projects.
  • Event Support: Plan and organize meetings, webinars, and other events involving the founders.
  • BD Outreach: Support in business development activities by identifying opportunities, creating outreach materials, and following up with prospects.
  • Special Projects: Assist in special initiatives for the Founders Office
  • Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with utmost discretion and professionalism.

Skills and Qualifications:
  • 1-1.5 years of relevant experience in data analysis, research, or administrative roles.
  • Proficiency in using Canva and other design tools.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered tools and technology.
  • Strong communication skills with a professional demeanor.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proactive problem solver with a collaborative mindset.
