Designation : Civil Engineer
Experience - 2 to 5 years of experience in industrial or high-tech manufacturing facilities (experience in precision/luxury manufacturing is a plus).
Education - B.E / B. Tech in Civil engineering
Salary - No bar for right candidate
Only Male and Surat local candidate preferred
Job Description :
A Civil Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and overseeing construction projects that shape the built environment. Their work includes infrastructure like roads, bridges, buildings, tunnels, dams, and water supply systems.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Infrastructure Development & Maintenance
Design and supervise construction projects, including factory layouts, cleanrooms, office spaces, secure storage, and utility systems.
Conduct feasibility studies, site inspections, and structural assessments for new and existing facilities.
2)Project Management
Prepare BOQs, project estimates, and detailed engineering drawings.
Coordinate with architects, contractors, MEP engineers, and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective project execution.
Monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
3)Regulatory & Compliance
Ensure compliance with local building codes, environmental laws, fire safety norms, and industrial regulations.
Maintain documentation and assist in audits related to structural safety, utilities, and workplace safety.
4)Maintenance Oversight
Schedule and oversee periodic civil maintenance, repair works, and upgrades to aging infrastructure.
Collaborate with electrical and mechanical teams for facility-wide upkeep.
5)Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and civil design standards.
6)Experience with CAD tools, project management software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project, Primavera).
7)Structural security design, and controlled environments are advantageous.
8)Excellent problem-solving, time management, and communication skills.
