Job Description :
- Serve as the primary point of contact for students and parents in the homeroom class.
- Develop and implement lesson plans and activities that promote academic, social, and emotional development.
- Monitor and support student progress, providing guidance and intervention as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and behavior.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about student progress and concerns.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement school-wide initiatives and programs.
- Participate in professional development activities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.
- Organize and supervise classroom activities, including field trips and special events.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports student learning and well-being.
- Provide individual and group support to students to address academic and personal challenges.
