Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Guest Service Excellence:
• Greet guests warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Take drink orders, recommend beverages, and ensure guests receive prompt and professional service.
• Upsell signature cocktails and luxury drink options to enhance the guest experience.
• Maintain awareness of guests needs, ensuring satisfaction and proactively addressing any issues or requests.
• Bartender Skills & Beverage Preparation:
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with the hotels standards, including cocktails, wines, beers, and specialty drinks.
• Use advanced techniques and knowledge of premium spirits, wines, and cocktail recipes.
• Maintain consistency in the preparation and presentation of all beverages.
• Ensure all drinks are made with precision and in a timely manner while maintaining an organized, clean work area.
• Quality Control & Inventory Management:
• Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering, ensuring that supplies are always available to meet guest demand.
• Adhere to inventory control procedures and assist in the regular stocktaking process.
• Properly manage and rotate stock to ensure quality and prevent wastage.
