We are actively looking to hire Base24 Developers to be based in our Chennai/Thane/Pune office.
Below is the job description:
What does a successful Base24 Developer at Fiserv:
- Key role in the success of the bug free and high-quality delivery.
- Challenging role and great visibility to card payment domain. Good job role in terms of career growth.
- Will be a key delivery stakeholder and will play a major role in terms of quality being delivered for the customers.
- As a Sr Professional you will consistently collaborate with multiple teams to provide technical knowhow to key problems by defining technical designs, approach and by developing reusable platforms and solutions. You will also be responsible for implementing and improvising the Project Standards, performance tuning and best practices.
What will you do:
- Performs BAU fixes and development projects on Base24 Classic.
- Performs Level3 production support of Base24 Classic.
- Proactively looks for Production support system improvements.
- Support SIT and UAT for Base24 development projects or projects involving Base24.
- Create implementation plans / Review plans. Deploy code in production.
- Analyses bi-annual compliance mandates.
- Works with other teams in Technology and coordinate system related activities.
- Should be flexible to work development and Production Support.
What will you need to know:
- Minimum 4+ years of working experience in Base24 classic. POS experience preferred.
- Possess strong domain/product knowledge of Base24 and card payments industry.
- Technically competent in HP Non Stop platform and excellent in TAL & COBOL programming language.
- Knowledge on at least one replication tool used on Tandem.
- Knowledge of ASSET or FINSIM simulator.
- Self-motivated and ability to work efficiently by himself/herself as well as in team.
- Good analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
What would be great to have:
- Ability to speak, write and read in English (advanced intermediate level).
- Knowledge of Fraud prevention solutions (e.g., Falcon Fraud Manager).
- Agile development experience.
