Job Description

• Greetings Kolkata! Teleperformance is hiring for domestic voice process.

Role & responsibilities:

• Resolving customer's issue via calls.
• Working in a team
• Meeting the basic scores & compliance.
• Maintaining the basic work hygiene
• Should be polite & Co-operatable

Preferred candidate profile

• Excellent communication in English and Hindi.
• Available for 24x7 shift and 9.5 work hours (8.5 net production and 1 hour break)
• Ok with voice process
• No leave requirement in upcoming 3 months
