What does a successful Customer Service Associate do at Fiserv?
Associate will handle incoming calls & manage UAE based clients merchants communication through email. Need to be flexible 24/7 support to merchants. Need to be flexible to support on festive days for skeleton staffing.
What will you do?
Would be handling incoming calls & revert to emails received from clients.
Support back-office activity whenever required.
What will you need to have?
Previous experience in the Card Payment industry customer support role will be preferred.
Proficiency in written and spoken English and Arabic language preferably for any UAE client.
Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively.
Graduate in any stream.
What would be great to have?
Basic excel knowledge & Computer/Laptop proficiency
