Job Description: Content Moderator (Nepali Language)

Location: Mumbai
Salary: Up to 7 LPA
Working Days: 5 days per week (Rotational shifts and week off)

Key Responsibilities:

• Review user-generated content (text, images, videos, and audio) to ensure compliance with community guidelines and legal regulations.
• Identify, flag, and remove harmful or inappropriate content, including hate speech, violence, adult material, or misinformation.
• Maintain accuracy and consistency in content moderation, following platform policies.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to address policy violations and escalate critical cases.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking Nepali (mandatory).
• Bachelor's or Graduate degree.
• Possession of PAN Card or Passport (mandatory).
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a rotational shift environment with flexibility for different work schedules.
