About the Role:

• Were hiring a Duck Creek QA Engineer with a strong focus on Duck Creek DMS to join our growing team at The Wits Lab. This role is ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail, hands-on experience in insurance tech, and a passion for delivering quality solutions.

What Youll Do:

• Perform QA testing for Duck Creek DMS implementations and configurations
• Design and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts
• Work closely with development and configuration teams to ensure top-tier platform quality
• Identify, report, and track defects to resolution
• Ensure compliance with functional and technical requirements

What Were Looking For:

• Experience in QA testing with Duck Creek DMS
• Solid understanding of insurance domain workflows
• Familiarity with Duck Creek platform, testing tools, and methodologies
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently or in a collaborative, agile environment
