. Good knowledge of security endpoint, virtual memory, windows update, patches, device driver, etc.
. Good knowledge of different browsers like Chrome, Firefox, Safari, etc.
. Good understanding of MS Office licensing and working
. Basic knowledge of Networking (LAN Wi-Fi both)
. Good Knowledge of desktop/laptop speed optimization and antivirus setup.
. Basic IT hardware troubleshooting and identifying the problems.
