What you will do
As a Development Architect in one of our agile teams you will have following tasks and responsibilities:
- Be responsible for the technical architecture of our solutions
- Have a focus on scalability and automation while taking architectural decisions
- Work closely with your product owner to align on priorities and bringing the team forward
- Explain architecture ideas and provide technical guidance to the development team
- W ork collaboratively with other product owners, architects and developers cross- workstream towards a solution working end-to-end
- Participate in refinement sessions with business stakeholders and verify technical feasibility of business requirements
- Decompose business requirements and lead the development team in all technical matters
- Participate in Agile/SAFe ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
What you bring
- 5+ years of experience as an architect or senior developer with a proven track record of successfully delivering projects and specializing in architectural design K nowledge about architectural design patterns
- Proficient in architectural design patterns
- Expertise in designing sustainable architectures with a focus on scalability and automation
- Strong product knowledge in Business Partner Management and Notifications
- Experienced in agile environments, particularly SAFe methodology
- Proficient with JIRA for project management
- Fluent in oral and written English
- Familiarity with RAP, ABAP/ABAP OO, SAP Fiori, UI5, OData is a plus but not a must
- Quick learner with strong analytical skills
- Effective communicator with a structured and goal-oriented work approach
- Proactive, results-driven mindset with a commitment to getting things done
- Team player who collaborates effectively and challenges the status quo for continuous improvement
