Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented SAP SuccessFactors Administrator with 3-4 years of experience to manage, maintain, and optimize our SuccessFactors platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with various SuccessFactors modules, be familiar with system configuration, troubleshooting, and user support, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the organizations HR ecosystem.


  • System Configuration & Support
    Administer and configure SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Learning, Recruiting, Compensation, and Succession Planning. Customize workflows, reporting, and user interfaces based on business requirements.
  • User Management
    Maintain user access, roles, and permissions. Ensure seamless user experience by troubleshooting issues and providing technical support for SuccessFactors users across departments.
  • System Maintenance
    Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement updates/patches as needed. Ensure optimal system functionality and user data integrity across all modules.
  • Reporting & Analytics
    Develop, maintain, and distribute reports and dashboards within SuccessFactors using the reporting tools. Provide insights and data analysis for decision-making purposes.
  • Project Support & Enhancements
    Participate in HR system upgrades and enhancements, and work with stakeholders to assess and implement new features. Support ongoing projects related to SuccessFactors implementation or improvements.
  • Training & Documentation
    Provide training to end-users on system features and functionalities. Develop and maintain documentation, including process flows and troubleshooting guides.
  • Collaboration
    Work closely with HR, IT, and other departments to ensure successful integration between SuccessFactors and other enterprise systems (e.g., SAP HCM, payroll, etc.).

  • SAP SuccessFactors certification will be good to have.
