Job Description
This position is ideal for fresh graduates looking to begin a career in software development. The role involves a structured 6-month internship, offering practical experience in software design, development, and debugging. A certificate will be provided upon completion. High-performing candidates will be offered a permanent position based on evaluation.
To ensure success as a junior engineer, you should have a good working knowledge of basic programming languages, the ability to learn new technology quickly, and the ability to work in a team environment.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Learning the codebase and improving your coding skills.
- Writing and maintaining code as per standards, unit testing.
- Working on bug fixes.
- Responding to requests from the development team.
- Assisting the development manager with all aspects of software design, coding, and testing.
- Attending and contributing to company development meetings.
- Gathering information about program functionality.
- Conducting development tests.
Desired Candidate Profile
- B.E / B.Tech in Computer Science, Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE), or a Master of Computer Applications degree.
- Knowledge of databases and operating systems, MS SQL
- Knowledge of basic coding languages, OOP concepts.
- Knowledge of .Net and C# programming.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
- Ability to learn new software and technologies quickly.
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented and commitment to work.
- Good analytical and logical skills.
- Communication skills, oral and written in English is a must.
