Product Manager @ Swatantra Technologies

Job Description

About the Role:

InRisk Labs is building a first-of-its-kind AI-native parametric insurance platform that transforms how insurers and governments manage climate and disaster risks. As the Product Manager and Delivery Lead, you will be the glue across AI, engineering, and domain teams. You will translate the product vision into buildable modules, manage sprints, and ensure that the platform is delivered in line with stakeholder expectations. You will also own demos, documentation, and roadmap updates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and manage the product roadmap for the full parametric insurance tech stack
• Convert feature ideas into user stories, specs, and test cases
• Manage sprint planning, retrospectives, and remove blockers across tech and AI teams
• Coordinate with InRisk Experts and insurer partners for feature validation
• Ensure all modules (chatbot, pricing, monitoring, claims) are delivered and integrated on time

Must-Have Skills:

• Agile methodology, backlog grooming, stakeholder communication
• Tools: JIRA, Confluence, Notion, Trello
• Ability to understand both technical and domain-level constraints

Good-to-Have:

• Experience in SaaS, fintech, insurtech product delivery
• Background in actuarial tech, climate finance, or disaster risk management
